MN acquired a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Osmania University in Hyderabad, India and a Masters in Management from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He started his career as a covenanted officer in Standard Chartered Bank, and later held senior management positions in finance and corporate planning in different sectors. After a stint as EVP (Finance) of Siemens Ltd in India, he held CEO positions in Siemens and the Tata Group for over 15 years cumulatively. MN has a successful track record in both turnarounds as also nurturing young companies to stability, financial success and sustained relevance. His abiding interest is in design issues and sustainability, crafting new business models that achieve goals apparently at odds.

Ltd., a commercial printing press started by his father Sri Paruchuri Hanumantha Rao in 1962. His hard work and dedication, along with his family’s support, not only established Pragati among the best printers in the world but also made it the most awarded print company in India. He firmly believes in the power of collaboration and holistic learning methodologies.

Mrs. Bala Deshpande

Bala has 28+ years of work experience, with 22 being in investment advisory. Her career started with ICICI Venture in 2001, with a portfolio of about 39 companies. Later, she joined NEA to set up and head its India advisory practice. Bala has also been an Independent Director on the Board of Info Edge Ltd and Future Enterprise Limited for 10+ years. Before investment advisory, she worked for about ten years with MNCs like ICI, Cadbury’s and Best Foods in sales, branding, marketing and strategy. With a strong network across industries, Bala is regarded as a trusted collaborative partner, committed to building enduring businesses.

An alumnus of Delhi University and IIM A, Ruchir brings more than eleven years of experience in private equity investing, equity research, M&A and IT services. Prior to MegaDelta, he was a Managing Director at NEA India, managing investments in FSS, MediSys EduTech, Naaptol, IDfy, GOQii amongst others. Before this, he worked with ICICI Venture, Thomas Weisel and TCS in various leadership roles. Ruchir believes in disruptive growth through innovation and thought leadership.

Prof. Dr. S. Arulrhaj

Prof. Dr. S. Arulrhaj, MD, PhD, DSc, FRCP (G), FRCP (L), MBA, is a renowned physician, educator, and healthcare leader with decades of distinguished service in internal medicine and public health. A Dr. B. C. Roy National Awardee, he has held several prestigious leadership positions, including Past National President of the Association of Physicians of India (API), Past National President of the Indian Medical Association (IMA), New Delhi, and Past President of the Commonwealth Medical Association (CMA), UK. Currently, he serves as Distinguished Professor (Hon.) at Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai, and Founder & Chairman of the Dr. S. Arulrhaj Institution of Medical Services & Sciences (ARIMS). A University First Rank Holder and Gold Medalist in MD, Dr. Arulrhaj is a Fellow of the Royal Colleges of London and Glasgow and holds a PhD in Internal Medicine from California Public University, USA (2020) and a DSc (Honoris Causa) in Acute Medicine from The Thames International University, Paris (2023). With over 25 years of experience as a postgraduate teacher in internal medicine, Dr. Arulrhaj has made enduring contributions to clinical medicine, cardio-diabetic medicine, and public health policy. He has authored and edited numerous API publications, including Diabetes Update (2011), Clinical Medicine Update (2016 – 2020), Cardio-Diabetes Medicine (2017 – 2021), and Yearbook of Medicine (2020), and has been instrumental in developing several API Guidelines, Position Documents, and Digital Health White Papers. His research and publications in acute medicine and cardio-renal syndromes are widely recognized. His current focus areas include non-communicable disease prevention, digital health, rural and emergency care, and the advancement of Thyro-Cardiovascular Medicine. To strengthen and globalize cardio-diabetic medicine, he established the Indo-Global Cardio-Diabetes Academy, fostering innovation and collaboration across disciplines.

Dr. R. Venkata Subramanyam

Dr. R. Venkata Subramanyam is an accomplished dental academician and administrator with over 34 years of teaching experience in Oral Pathology and Microbiology. He currently serves as Dean and Professor of Oral Pathology and Microbiology at K. M. Shah Dental College & Hospital, where he has contributed significantly to curriculum development, faculty leadership, and innovation in dental education. Widely recognized as one of the pioneers of Evidence-Based Dentistry (EBD) in India, Dr. Subramanyam has played a vital role in advancing the scientific and digital aspects of oral pathology teaching. He has served in key professional roles as Past Editor of the Journal of the Indian Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathologists (IAOMP) and Past Webmaster of IAOMP, contributing to academic publishing and professional communication within the field. With 32 national and international publications, three Best Paper Awards (1993, 1995 & 1996), and over 60 invited orations and presentations, he is a respected voice in oral pathology education and research. Dr. Subramanyam is highly proficient in modern teaching methodologies and educational technology, including E-learning platforms such as Blackboard® and iSpring®, and is adept in website design, digital learning tools, and computer-based pedagogy. His work continues to blend clinical expertise, academic excellence, and digital innovation in the service of dental education.

Dr. Rajkumar Balakrishnan

Dr. Rajkumar Balakrishnan is a highly accomplished Endodontist and Implantologist with over three decades of experience spanning clinical practice, dental education, and academic leadership. He has served as Dean and Vice Principal at Babu Banarsi Das Dental College, Lucknow, and was a Member of the Dental Council of India (2019–2022), where he played a key role in curriculum reform, competency-based training, and continuing dental education initiatives. Dr. Rajkumar holds a PhD in Dentistry from Rama University, an MDS in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics from Bapuji Dental College, Davangere, and a BDS from Annamalai University, with advanced training at the University of Newcastle, U.K. He currently heads Denta Zone India Pvt. Ltd. and Dentist Multispecialty Dental Clinic in Lucknow, and serves as senior Adviser (Dental Education) at Medisys Edu.Tech. A passionate educator and clinician, he has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed publications and continues to mentor professionals through advanced clinical training and academic programs, contributing significantly to the advancement of dental science in India.

Souheil Hussaini, B.D.S., M.S., PhD

Souheil Hussaini, B.D.S., M.S., PhD, has completed his post-graduation [1997] in Prosthodontics, TMD, and Implant Dentistry concurrently with a Master of Science degree in Oral Biology from Rutgers University, New Jersey-USA. His undergraduate degree [1988] and Ph.D. [2016] were from Annamalai University RM Dental College & Hospital, India. He is currently holding a part-time faculty position as faculty at Rutgers Dental School-USA. Adjunct professor at Department of Prosthodontics in Yonsei University College of Dentistry, S Korea. Professor Emeritus at Maharana Pratap Dental College & Hospital, India. His master’s research, Ph.D. and registered patent [2021/3,131,178] were in the field of dental implants. His private dental office [2002] as a consultant is based in Dubai, where he performs implant surgeries and prosthetic treatments. His patent is registered as He is the Founder of Implant Dentistry–Study Consortium (ID-SC) [2000], the first ADA approved Dental Implant continuing education course in the Gulf and the Middle East, an affiliate society of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI & its Ambassador for UAE) and the University of Toronto (UoT) with more than 500 graduates up until today. Since 1997 his experience is exclusive in Implant dentistry with most of the implant systems. Presented lectures in the USA (Harvard Univ.), Pennsylvania- Penn Univ., China (Hunan Univ.), and Canada (UoT). Organized socioeconomic activities and dental camps in Erbil, India, Yemen, Sudan, Bangladesh, and Sharjah Correction facility. And published [~15] articles in the int. JPD, Implant Dentistry, J prosthodontics.”

Baljinder Sharma

Baljinder Sharma, 58 years, is an entrepreneur, corporate advisor and investment professional with extensive experience across the India-Africa business ecosystems. He serves on the Board of Directors and Investment Committees at multiple funds and investment vehicles based in Mauritius. He is an alumni of National Institute of Technology, Jaipur with a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and holds an MBA from the University of Mauritius alongside executive education from Harvard Business School in Corporate Restructuring and M&A, an Advanced Management Program and a Private Equity Program from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, and a Public Leadership Credential from Harvard Kennedy School. Dr. Rashmin Gandhi

Dr. Rashmin Gandhi, FRCS (Edinburgh), FRCS (Glasgow) is a distinguished ophthalmologist with over 25 years of clinical, academic, and leadership experience in neuro-ophthalmology and ophthalmic technology. He currently serves as Director – Cygnus LLC (UAE), Axon Medtech Pvt. Ltd., Managing Director – Foresight Worldwide, and Consultant & Director – Neuro-Ophthalmology at Centre for Sight, Hyderabad. Previously, he held senior roles at Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai, including Senior Ophthalmologist and Director & Board Member of Sankara Nethralaya Academy, and served as Adjunct Professor at IIT Madras. His global outreach includes leading surgical and teaching missions across Africa and Asia. Dr. Gandhi earned his FRCS and FRCS (Glasgow) in 2000 and completed an ICO Fellowship in Neuro-Ophthalmology at Johns Hopkins University, USA. His research interests include biomarkers for Alzheimer’s disease and advanced ophthalmic imaging technologies, with active collaborations at IIIT Hyderabad and the University of Hyderabad. A founding member of the Indian Neuro-Ophthalmology Society, Fellowship Director and Board Member of the World Headache Society, and Country Director for the Davos Alzheimer’s Collaborative, Dr. Gandhi specializes in neuro-ophthalmic diagnostics, dementia research, vision care, and academic curriculum design. His achievements have been recognized with several prestigious honors, including the Asia-Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology Achievement Award (2019), Special Gold Medal – IIRSI (2015), Award for Academic Excellence by Hon. Chief Minister Shri Narendra Modi (2011), and the CV Ananthasayanam Memorial Award (2012).
